Buildquick successfully constructed the DVWS pharmaceutical plant building, undertaking technically demanding civil and finishing works under challenging site conditions.
A key highlight of the project was the execution of 350 bored cast-in-situ piles to a depth of 21 meters, necessitated by poor soil characteristics and a high groundwater table. This required precise planning, specialized equipment, and stringent quality control to ensure long-term structural stability.
