Following the successful completion of Swaminarayan Vidhyapith for Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS)
Buildquick has once again been entrusted with the execution of Akshar Purushottam Chhatralay (APC) - a repeat engagement that reflects continued confidence in Buildquick’s engineering capability and delivery standards.
At APC, Buildquick has executed the Prayer Hall, Administration Building, and comprehensive general development works, including highly specialized post-tensioning (PT) design and execution. The project involved PT beams spanning 24.0 meters, with beam widths ranging from 0.60 m to 0.75 m and a structural depth of 1.0 m, enabling the construction of a 24.0 m × 38.0 m column-free prayer hall with a clear height of 4.5 meters, seamlessly accommodated at both Ground Floor and First Floor levels. This complex structural solution demonstrates Buildquick’s expertise in long-span RCC and advanced construction methodologies.
Akshar Purushottam Chhatralay (APC) is widely recognized not only as a residential hostel but also as a prominent pilgrimage and cultural center, fostering spiritual values, educational pursuits, personality development, and disciplined living—supported by modern infrastructure and amenities. Through this project, Buildquick has contributed to creating a durable, functional, and spiritually uplifting built environment aligned with the ethos and long-term vision of BAPS.
